We had a great experience with Ortiz Construction. I received their contact info from my neighbor and am really glad I did. Ruben was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He provided initial quotes that were very reasonable, was flexible with scheduling, and when doing the work his team was consistent in showing up and getting it done on time. Communication was super easy, and we were very happy with the quality of the work. After the work was done, we noticed a few small things to patch up and his team came out promptly and took care of those without me needing to follow up. I would highly recommend Ortiz Construction to anyone and am already considering more projects with them.

Project: Drywall, vents, and range hood
After talks with a few contractors for a 500sqft drywall job across two areas of our house, a heavy custom range hood installation, and vent ducting, Ruben stood out as a good communicator and pricing was fair. His team is reliable on arriving when expected, keeping us updated on progress, and respecting our property. They exceeded my timing and cleanliness expectations. I am a DIYer most times so I like to be involved and I enjoyed working with this team. We would like to work with Ortiz Construction on our future projects including new construction.

Wow - How fortunate we were to have found Ruben Ortiz Construction. We had some problems with the foundation and cement flooring in our garage. Ruben came over and suggested a rooting reinforcement and slab repair would be necessary. We were offered a very reasonable price for this job. As soon as he and his workers started out, it became obvious that he had the experience and knowledge we needed; he and his crew were always prompt and responsive to our questions and needs; in summary - totally reliable. The finished product was just super. Thanks Ruben.

Highly recommended. Ruben Ortiz performed a great job doing extensive renovation of our balcony which required replacement of many large wooden parts. He continued working in spite of difficult weather conditions and finished the project on time. He was also very meticulous with detailing and left the work site very clean.
